Welcome to PERFÝ! By using our website or placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. If you disagree with any part of it, we recommend not proceeding with your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer only exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

  • Initiate a Request: Mail us at support@perfy.in to start your return or exchange request. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Pickup: Our logistics partner will pick up your product within 24-48 hours. If the pickup attempt fails twice, you’ll need to return the item to our warehouse at your expense. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  • Quality Check: After receiving your product, we’ll conduct a quality check. If it passes, we’ll proceed with your request.
  • Processing Time: Exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 working days.
  • Exchange Alternatives: If your desired size is unavailable, you may exchange it for a different product or receive a gift card valid for use at our stores or online.

Note: Products returned in poor condition, visibly worn, or missing tags and accessories will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Eligibility for Exchange

You may request a exchange for the following reasons:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged Items

    If you have received a damaged product, we appologize and are more than willing to assist you. A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, wrong, or missing items in case of returns and exchanges. Without video, we would not be able to help you. You can email it to support@perfy.in We will contact you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Products must not have any stains, odours, scratches, or tears.
  • Items purchased as a set must be returned together.
  • Altered products will not be accepted.
  • Exchange requests must be made against the original order.

We reserve the right to reject exchanges if these conditions are not met.


Cancellations

  • Prepaid Orders: All orders are final; Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Blind Box Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR BLIND BOX PURCHASES.

  • Orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be returned.
  • You may receive a product you have previously purchased. Please place a Blind Box order only if you are willing to take the risk.
  • PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON DAY OF SALE. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY EXCHANGES, RETURNS OR REFUNDS ONCE AN ORDER IS GENERATED. ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED ON PRIORITY.
